Terracotta means ‘baked earth’ and describes the material and method of making antique pottery items. Sculpting clay and firing it to a hard and colorful finish is as difficult an accomplishment as it is an art form. The delicateness of each terracotta creation makes the antique pieces which survive today extremely rare and highly prized. Oi Ling Antiques is proud to present some of the finest examples currently to be seen on the market.
